Effective Date: December 5, 2025
By installing or using Dropfill Desktop ("Software"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Dropfill Desktop is a local desktop application by Peerborough, Inc. that lets you compose and send personalized emails with per-recipient attachments using your own email providers (SMTP, Gmail API, Microsoft Graph). It operates primarily on-device; it is not an email hosting service and does not receive or store your email content or recipient lists on Dropfill servers.
You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind your organization if you use the Software on its behalf.
A 14-day trial is provided per installation/device. Circumventing the trial period is prohibited.
Continued use after the trial requires a valid license key. Licenses are non-transferable and may be bound to the hardware where activated.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or circumvent technical protections.
- You supply your own SMTP credentials or authenticate with Google/Microsoft. The Software requests only send-related scopes (Gmail send, Microsoft Mail.Send/User.Read) and does not read your inbox. - You are responsible for maintaining control of your credentials and access tokens.
Recipient lists, message templates, attachments, mail settings, sign-in tokens, and license/trial data stay on your device. Passwords and tokens are encrypted by your operating system where available. Your language preference is saved on your device.
Email content and attachments are sent only to the email provider you choose (SMTP, Gmail API, Microsoft Graph). Dropfill does not proxy or store them. The Software checks Dropfill servers for updates and may open purchase or support links you choose.
Basic logs are kept on your device to help troubleshoot issues. There is no built-in telemetry or analytics.
Secure your device, manage access to saved credentials, and delete local data if you stop using the Software (for example, clear mail settings or uninstall).
You must not: (a) send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content; (b) violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, or any anti-spam, privacy, or email-sender laws; (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) breach your email provider's terms or sending limits; (e) attempt to bypass licensing or security. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for obtaining all required consents from recipients.
Your use of Gmail, Microsoft, or SMTP services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Dropfill is not responsible for third-party outages, rate limits, or enforcement actions.
Paid use requires purchasing a license processed by our payment provider (merchant of record). Refunds are available for purchases made through our checkout within 14 days when: (a) your license key has not been activated on a supported device or remains unresolved after reasonable troubleshooting with our support team; (b) you were charged twice or purchased in error; (c) an unauthorized or fraudulent charge occurred; or (d) applicable law grants you a refund right. To request a refund, email support@peerborough.com with your purchase email and the receipt/order ID from our provider; if approved, your license key will be deactivated. Because Dropfill Desktop runs locally/offline and includes a 14-day trial, please test the Software on your device before buying.
The Software may automatically check for and download updates from Dropfill servers. By using the Software, you consent to receive these updates. Some updates may be required for continued operation.
Dropfill and its licensors retain all rights in the Software. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the Software without obligation.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPFILL AND PEERBOROUGH, INC. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EMAIL DELIVERABILITY, UPTIME, AND COMPATIBILITY WITH SPECIFIC PROVIDERS OR SECURITY ENVIRONMENTS ARE NOT WARRANTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPFILL AND PEERBOROUGH, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, OR FOR SECURITY INCIDENTS ARISING FROM YOUR DEVICE OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. NO COMPENSATION OR DAMAGES WILL BE OWED.
You will defend and indemnify Dropfill and Peerborough, Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Software, your email content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Dropfill may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. Upon termination, cease use and remove the Software and local data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be heard in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
